The grounds feature well maintained gardens. It provided a lovely backdrop for our stay. the hotel includes several restaurant options. The japanese restaurant was particularly good.

The check in process seemed slow. It took longer than expected after a long journey. the room's wifi connection was unreliable. I experienced intermittent connectivity issues.

the staff were very polite and ready to assist with anything i needed i found this very helpful. the pools were amazing with comfortable chairs and beds available near them. fresh fruit was offered every morning in addition to a wide assortment of breads.

the entertainment could use some improvement i think it needs more variety.

The staff are very kind. i came back to a super clean room after a day out. putu eka kept my room clean. melia bali is great. I can't wait to return.

the bar service was complex. i had to queue for drinks, then again for a receipt. signing and adding my room number was time consuming for all-inclusive guests.

The staff were AMAZING and accommodating! the food at the peseta restaurant was also superb. i found the garden view room to be quite lovely. if traveling as adults, i'd suggest upgrading to the reserve section. It seemed very upscale.

i believe the rooms could use some updating. they felt a bit like stepping back into the 1980s.
